For 15+ years we have helped P&O Ferries modernise onboard experiences across newbuilds and refurbishments. From refreshed interiors to clearer customer journeys, our role has been to make large, complex ships feel intuitive, premium and unmistakably P&O Ferries supporting their move to more efficient, tech-enabled vessels like Pioneer and Liberté.

Working alongside guest-facing and operations teams, we created new F&B and retail concepts, large-format brand storytelling, and cabin refreshes on longer routes - always balancing passenger comfort, crew practicality and marine regulations.




We also built internal tools and portals so P&O teams could brief, roll-out and maintain design standards consistently across the fleet.


For the Fusion Class ships we designed a fully integrated physical–digital wayfinding system: colour-coded to manage the double-ended layout, accessible through icons and high-contrast graphics, and extended to pet areas and car decks. Digital screens and “you are here” animations made navigation simple and on-brand for every passenger.
